2. If you’re still not happy, we'll send you a replacement mouthguard to try again.

3. And if it still isn’t quite right, we’ll refund you in full.

Standard delivery costs €6.50.

Free delivery is available on all orders over €50.

Standard Europe delivery takes 3–6 working days. Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day. Delivery operates Monday to Friday, and a signature may be required upon delivery.

If you're ordering a school or club Instant Custom-Fit mouthguard, please allow up to 7 days for fulfilment, or select Speedy Lab Service to have it made in 48 hours and dispatched the next working day.

If your order includes both a made-to-order Instant Custom-Fit and an in-stock item, both will be shipped together, the longest delivery time will apply.

We offer a 30-day return guarantee for unopened items purchased through our website. This excludes personalised Instant Custom-Fit mouthguards. Read more here.
