How to Clean Your Mouthguard
After each session, especially if your mouthguard gets muddy, rinse off dirt under cool running water and allow it to air-dry fully before storing. Never wash your mouthguard in a washing machine or dishwasher, as heat and agitation can warp or damage the material. First-Time Fit in 4 Easy Steps
REVOLUTIONARY FITTING TOOL
What You Need: The OPRO mouthguard, the fitting tool, a ceramic bowl, freshly boiled water, a spoon, a timer, and cold water.
HEAT YOUR MOUTHGUARD
Pour freshly boiled water (100°c) into a ceramic bowl and immediately place the mouthguard in the water, starting the timer as per the instructions.
BITE DOWN HARD
Use your fitting tool with flex technology, insert the mouthguard into the cage, pop it centrally into your mouth and bite down hard.
COOL DOWN AND GO
Put mouthguard in cold water for 30 seconds. For best results, refrigerate for 15 minutes or leave at room temperature for an hour before use.
