Description
Dentist Fit
Our highest level of protection – a custom-fit mouthguard trusted by pro athletes and elite teams, moulded to your teeth at home in minutes.
A dentist-made mouthguard can involve appointments and weeks of waiting.
Instant Custom-Fit changes that.
Every Instant Custom-Fit mouthguard is made in OPRO's UK laboratory using patented technology and arrives ready for its final custom fit. You complete the fit at home with our patented Impression Tray, creating a detailed, personalised fit in minutes, without a dentist appointment.
Your Custom Fit in Minutes
Heat your mouthguard in hot water for 30 seconds.
Bite into the patented OPRO Impression Tray for 60 seconds. Full fitting instructions are included.
As you bite down, the tray uses the natural compression of your jaw to mould the mouthguard evenly around the contours of your teeth. It's designed to get the fit right first time, with no need to remould.
The result is a slim, secure and comfortable custom-fit mouthguard with triple-layer protection, ready to perform in minutes.
Making Dentist-Level Mouthguards Accessible
Professionally made mouthguards are known for their close, personalised fit, but they add time and expense. Instant Custom-Fit gives you that close fit, comfort and protection at home.
Available in Adult (12+) and Youth (up to age 11) sizes, so it works as a kids' gum shield too.
Use it as a gum shield for rugby, boxing, hockey, MMA, BJJ and other contact sports.
Choose Your Level
- Standard – a slim, natural feel.
- Enhanced – a thicker outer shell for additional protection from direct impacts, for stick and combat sports.
- Ultimate – our most advanced: the slim feel of Standard with the protection of Enhanced, for ball, stick and combat sports.

How to Clean Your Mouthguard
Icon heading
After each session, especially if your mouthguard gets muddy, rinse off dirt under cool running water and allow it to air-dry fully before storing. Never wash your mouthguard in a washing machine or dishwasher, as heat and agitation can warp or damage the material. For an easier way to ensure your mouthguard stays fresh and clean, check out our range of OPRO mouthguard cleaning products.
