Standard Europe delivery takes 3–6 working days. Orders placed by 2pm (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day. Delivery operates Monday to Friday, and a signature may be required upon delivery.
If you're ordering a school or club Instant Custom-Fit mouthguard, please allow up to 7 days for fulfilment, or select Speedy Lab Service to have it made in 48 hours and dispatched the next working day.
If your order includes both a made-to-order Instant Custom-Fit and an in-stock item, both will be shipped together - the longest delivery time will apply.

How to Clean Your Mouthguard

After each session, especially if your mouthguard gets muddy, rinse off dirt under cool running water and allow it to air-dry fully before storing. Never wash your mouthguard in a washing machine or dishwasher, as heat and agitation can warp or damage the material. First-Time Fit in 4 Easy Steps
REVOLUTIONARY FITTING TOOL
What You Need: The OPRO mouthguard, the fitting tool, a ceramic bowl, freshly boiled water, a spoon, a timer, and cold water.
HEAT YOUR MOUTHGUARD
Pour freshly boiled water (100°c) into a ceramic bowl and immediately place the mouthguard in the water, starting the timer as per the instructions.
BITE DOWN HARD
Use your fitting tool with flex technology, insert the mouthguard into the cage, pop it centrally into your mouth and bite down hard.
COOL DOWN AND GO
Put mouthguard in cold water for 30 seconds. For best results, refrigerate for 15 minutes or leave at room temperature for an hour before use.
