How long will it take to receive my order?
Express Delivery
USA – up to 4 working days
Standard Delivery
USA - We aim for standard deliveries to arrive within 4-16 working days
Personalised and School/Club Instant Custom-Fit
As these items are made to order, they have a lead time of 7-10 working days. They will then be dispatched with Standard Delivery. We will dispatch all items within orders that include a school/club design Instant Custom-Fit at the same time.
Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.
If you have not received your order within 28 days, please contact us. We regret we are unable to assist with any claims for non-receipt unless reported within this timescale.

Will I be charged VAT and Import Duties for Overseas order?
As all orders are currently shipped from the UK, you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. Any additional charges will be shown at the checkout and can be prepaid along with your order.
US – All orders above US $800 will be subject to import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.
